Whether your goal is to run your first 5k, come back from a hiatus,  conquer a new distance, or reach a personal best, I am equipped to assist you through the journey.   With more than 10 years experience and dozens of races under my belt, I am equipped with the knowledge and experience to assist you in reaching your goals. Through these, I will design a plan catered to your individual needs, ability, schedule, goals and lifestyle.  Every athlete is different, which is why every training plan will be drafted with the client specifically in mind.

As of most recently, the majority of my clients have been coached virtually, however,  if you live in the Tampa Bay area I can plot out some one-on-one coaching sessions. Please contact me for more details on this.

Online/Virtual coaching can prepare you for you next race. Your training plan will be designed based specifically on your experience, goals and training needs.  This package includes:

  • an initial consultation to which client’s current fitness level, any injuries, recent training, goals, etc. will be discussed
  • a personalized training plan for your race and goals
  • frequent check-ins to discuss your progress and/or adjust training plan as necessary
  • consistent open line of communication between athlete and coach for weekly consulting, advice, tips, strategies, etc.
  • race day preparation
  • hydration and nutrition recommendations
