Fit Test Month 2 Week 1

Here’s a look at my results from the Fit Test from the beginning of Month 2.

First Number is the initial fit test from day one, second number is the two week mark, and the third number is from my most recent test from 6-3.

SWITCH KICKS – 68 -85-113

POWER JACKS – 50 -55-57

POWER KNEES – 81-83-87

POWER JUMPS – 35-35-38

GLOBE JUMPS – 9-11-12

SUICIDE JUMPS – 9-11-15

PUSH UP JACKS  – 4-5-8

LOW PLANK OBLIQUE – 31-39-38

With the exception of the Low Plank Obliques, I’ve seen a 20% increase in all of the exercises.  I’m very happy with these results. Even if I don’t loose another pound, I’ll be very satisfied with the results I’ve achieved in my strength and stamina. While running on Wednesday and Saturday this week, I found myself running with more ease of effort than in previous training runs (mind you, I’ve only ran 8 or 9 times in the past 6 weeks).  Another runner friend of mine was questioning whether or not to try the program and I can confidently recommend it for anyone who wants to build strength and speed.  This fit test is just a mere glance at the progress I’ve achieved.
