Friday night while I was at work, a few bar patrons were chatting about the Rihanna concert that was at the Tampa Bay Forum. I’m not necessarily a huge fan of Rihanna, but I enjoy her music thoroughly while I’m burning calories. She’s one of the many guilty pleasures artists that I would not listen to in my car, but I absolutely love on my rp. “Sticks and stones may break my bones, but chains and whips excite me” is not really the lyrical content that I want to listen to as I’m driving around town with my toddler running errands, but I can justify having it on my iPod if it keeps me moving long enough to log some decent miles. I’m sure a lot of you can relate with your own personal workout music selection. So this week’s playlist will consist of a few of my favorite Rihanna songs that I find irresistibly entrancing for exercise purposes only.
This was one of the first songs on my playlist when I did my first half marathon at Disney’s WIne and Dine I remember bobbing and weaving with Diane thru the first few miles while this song was jamming out in my ear buds. Talk about good memories.

I feel like everything Calvin Harris touches is golden. This song especially gets my adrenaline pumping.
Give me a MIchael Jackson backing track and I’m almost always going to like the song. This is a perfect example of why he was the King of Pop.
This song is just a Hard mess. But I’m a fan of the beat and I have to listen to my feet.
