I’m coming home

It’s been a very loooong weekend, and I’ve enjoyed almost every minute of it, but I’m happy to say that I’m coming home.
I could not be more excited to get back to my own bed and sleep in until 7 am. No more 3am wake up alarms for this girl for a while.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this trip out West and cannot wait to register for my next Ragnar Relay. However, I’ll be taking a little hiatus while I complete the “Sleep” part of the Run, Drive, Sleep? Repeat process.
Our flight arrangements have been quite a dilemma. We boarded three planes this morning in hopes of leaving San Francisco towards our connecting flight in LAX, but TWO different airplanes didn’t cooperate very well so we ended up with a 6 hour delay (yes you read that right) from our original 6:15am takeoff. We are currently sitting at the gate at LAX waiting for the plane to depart heading towards the East coast. Needless to say, I’ll have lots of stories for you once I return home to my laptop and can have freedom to move about the country unhindered by airplane mode.
Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend.

What did you do??

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by my little space on the web. I'm Haley. I’m a digital marketer & social media strategist, a running coach, a skincare advocate, compulsive movie quoter, a ketogenic athlete, wannabe photographer, Capricorn, and a slightly sarcastic, ultra chatty extrovert living in Tampa with my awesome family. I love spending my time helping folks find their best self through fitness, health and wellness. I strive to help you live your best life, and enjoy the journey. Sometimes I write. It’s rarely worth reading, but I like to put it out there anyways.

My ultimate goal in this space here is to help you find your strong, capable, healthy and confident place.
