Race Signs

Hello Friday People.

I hope you are doing well. I’m still in recovery mode since last weekend. My legs are starting to feel like normal again and I’m going to attempt to knock out a few miles tomorrow morning with my run group. We’ll see how that goes. If you’d like to catch part one of my NYC Marathon recap, you can read more about it here.

Today we’re talking race signs.

Race signs are such an amazing way to get a runner’s attention. Since I just ran NY, I’ve got some pretty awesome signage still on the brain. Some signs I’d seen before, but some really had me laughing or feeling inspired.

signs Kanya

Who doesn’t love a Kanye West reference.

signs long hard

Ummm…..  this made me spit up my gatorade.

signs walken

Amidst all the cowbell, I see this.

sings bangz

The struggle is real, folks.

My personal favorite from NYC.

special thanks to Marci, Suzan and my loving and super supportive husband for making the sign and cheering me along at four different points during the NYC Marathon.  I love you guys!

This post is brought to you as part of the Friday Five. Please please visit Mar, Courtney and Cynthia’s blogs to participant in the linkup, and tell them I sent ya.

What’s the best sign you’ve seen at a race?

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by my little space on the web. I'm Haley. I’m a digital marketer & social media strategist, a running coach, compulsive movie quoter, a ketogenic athlete, wannabe photographer, Capricorn, and a slightly sarcastic, ultra chatty extrovert living in Tampa with my awesome family. I love spending my time helping folks find their best self through fitness, health and wellness. I strive to help you live your best life, and enjoy the journey. Sometimes I write. It’s rarely worth reading, but I like to put it out there anyways.
