I’m always trying to reinvent chicken dishes in my kitchen. Chicken is easy to prepare and my recipes tend to go over really well with the whole family. Cheese is another ingredient that tends to be very family friendly, especially in our household, so I usually add a little bit of cheese to whatever I’m cooking to please their tastebuds. I’m a big fan of goat cheese specifically, especially since it’s one of the lighter caloric cheeses, and I’ve been known to served it with sun dried tomatoes and chicken a time or two. So when I noticed another blogger friend posting pictures on her instagram of honey goat cheese (truly yummy by itself or with fruit) with her dinner selections, I took note and thought I’d try to use it to create something a little different for a change. The finished product was surprisingly delicious, so you know I just had to share it with you.
