Last year, before I found out i was pregnant, I had thought that I would be taking the challenge of running the Spartan Special Ops Sprint here in Tampa. Well… we all know what happened and why I wasn’t able to attempt it, so I won’t go into any more details about that. But I will say that I’m pretty excited that in 2015 I get to redeem myself by actually attempting this obstacle course race after all. Even better yet, I’d like to announce that Spartan has some amazing news about their upcoming season.
For starters, Spartan has just revealed the 2015 Spartan Annual Pass. Now those crazy enough to do so, can race any or every spartan, any time, and will receive a handful of perks along the way.
If your idea of a vacation is watching one of the toughest events on the planet, then you might want to set your site on Lake Tahoe, because that’s where they’ll be hosting the 2015 Spartan World Championship.
If Tahoe isn’t your thing, maybe you’d prefer to take to the high seas for the first ever Spartan Cruise. This is sure to be a one of a kind Spartan adventure. This cruise is departing out of Miami and is setting sail March 6th – 9th.As you’re training for your next Spartan event, draw some motivation and inspiration from the founder of Spartan, Joe Desena’s new podcast. I guarantee he will set a fire under your butt and give you some of the most motivating encouragement. The podcast is now live here.
